Michael Tibbetts is Chairman and CEO of JEM Worldwide and the founder and CEO of Salterra, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa on South Caicos. A Harvard Medical School graduate and former ophthalmologist, he became CEO of JEM Worldwide in 2006 and committed to the company full time in 2017. His family's hospitality history includes resorts on Cayman Brac and Little Cayman.
